Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At HERITAGE KASHI, we take immense pride in offering exclusive handwoven pieces that are crafted with precision and heritage-rich artistry. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature and delicate craftsmanship of each item, we can accommodate cancellations and exchanges only under specific and rare circumstances.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, provided no customization (tassels, fall/pico) has been requested.
- On cancellation:
- You will receive store credit equivalent to your order value, valid for future purchases.
- If you prefer a refund, payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted before the refund is processed.
- Note: Only unstitched products like saris, stoles, and dupattas are eligible for cancellation. Apparel, pre-stitched garments, or fabrics are not eligible.
Exchanges
- Exchange is possible only for products that are:
- Unstitched
- Not customized with fall/pico or tassels
- In original, unopened condition
Not eligible for exchange:
- Apparel or garments (as they are custom-stitched)
- Fabrics cut from larger yardage
- Items that are opened, unfolded, or tried on
For international exchanges:
- All customs duties, and to-and-fro shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
