Orders are subject to acceptance. HERITAGE KASHI reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering via accepted payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

6. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Cancellations: Only accepted before shipping and if no customizations (fall/pico, tassels) are applied.
Returns: Only in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at heritagekashi@gmail.com.
Exchanges: Only unstitched, unused products are eligible. Custom apparel and fabrics are not exchangeable.
Refunds: Provided only if the product is received damaged or if the item is sold out and cannot be fulfilled.

7. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews or comments, you grant HERITAGE KASHI a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, or reproduce your content.
