Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect item delivered

Note: Slight differences in color, texture, or weave are natural due to photography, screen resolution, and handcrafted nature. Such minor variations do not qualify as defects.

To initiate a return:

  • Email your request to heritagekashi5@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests beyond 48 hours will not be accepted.
  • If your parcel appears tampered with or damaged, do not accept it. Contact us immediately at the above email and call 📞 +91 8787213414.

In case of damage:

  • Share clear photographs of the outer packaging and product via email.
  • Once reviewed, you will receive return authorization within 5 business days.
  • After approval, return the item to the address below within 5 days, including the original packaging, bill, and tags.

Refund Processing:

  • Processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds are available as store credits or to your original payment method (bank charges may apply).
  • Bank-side credit timelines may vary and are beyond our control.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, provided no customization (tassels, fall/pico) has been requested.
  • On cancellation:
    • You will receive store credit equivalent to your order value, valid for future purchases.
    • If you prefer a refund, payment gateway or bank charges will be deducted before the refund is processed.
  • Note: Only unstitched products like saris, stoles, and dupattas are eligible for cancellation. Apparel, pre-stitched garments, or fabrics are not eligible.

Exchanges

  • Exchange is possible only for products that are:
    • Unstitched
    • Not customized with fall/pico or tassels
    • In original, unopened condition

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Apparel or garments (as they are custom-stitched)
  • Fabrics cut from larger yardage
  • Items that are opened, unfolded, or tried on

For international exchanges:

  • All customs duties, and to-and-fro shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
